Training & Placement Cell
The Maa Pateshwari Group of Institutions boasts an active Training and Placement Cell, which operates under the direct supervision of a T&P Officer and a Senior Faculty member. This Cell coordinates placement activities for final-year students at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, aligning with the interests and requirements of the students. The Cell has been successful in securing placements for the majority of interested students in various fields such as Marketing, Manufacturing, QA/QC, Medical Coding, and Pharmacy. Students have found opportunities in esteemed organizations like Micro Labs, Arbro Pharmaceuticals, Synmedic Labs, Apollo Hospitals, and Ajanta Pharma, among others.
Additionally, the Cell manages the training aspects of the Curriculum. Depending on the syllabus and specific needs, the Cell facilitates avenues for students to gain practical experience in industries and hospitals.

A compulsory one month Industrial and Hospital Training is organized after completion of second and third year where students are provided industrial and hospital exposure in reputed Pharmaceutical Companies and hospitals. visit to medicinal garden is also organized to acquaint the students with various medicinal plants.
A mandatory one-month hospital training is arranged after the second and third years, giving students hands-on experience in well-known pharmaceutical companies and hospitals. Additionally, visits to medicinal gardens are organized to familiarize students with different medicinal plants.

FUNCTIONS
Pre-Placement Activities:
- Communicate the placement rules and regulations to students.
- Gather information on students’ career interests and placement support needs through surveys among final year BPH and MPH students.
- Enhance employability skills through sessions on soft skills, skill development, and career guidance.
- Train students in resume (Curriculum Vitae) writing through specialized finishing school modules.
- Provide mock interview sessions to prepare students for real interviews.
- Create and distribute the placement brochure to pharmaceutical companies.
In-Line Placement Activities:
- Collect and verify resumes of students seeking recruitment.
- Reach out to pharmaceutical companies and organizations to arrange on-campus or off-campus recruitment drives.
- Inform current students and BPH and MPH alumni about job opportunities throughout the year via WhatsApp or phone calls.
- Offer career counseling to help students improve their career prospects.
- Organize job fairs or on-campus recruitment drives during the final semester.
Post-Placement Activities:
- Maintain and update a database of placed students and their employers with contact details.
- Keep records of appointment orders/offer letters for BPH and MPH students.
- Collect feedback from employers and alumni who are working in the industry.
- Regularly update on-campus and off-campus placement records of BPH and MPH students, including their salary packages (CTC).
- Provide reports on pre-placement activities and placement records for regulatory bodies like PCI, GTU, AICTE, NBA, NAAC, etc., as needed.
